Hi Nova:
I believe Castlewood (http://www.castlewoodtc.com/eating-disorder-therapy/male-eating-disorder-treatment/), Rosewood and ERC all take males. I have had great experiences with all of these treatment centers.
With OCD and or ED, Rogers Memorial might be another option.
